CONSTITUTION:A heat treatment device is equipped with a device main body 1 having a container holding chamber 2, the hermetically closable treatment container 10 inserted and arraqnged in the cotainer holding chamber 2 and an inert gas supply pipe 13 supplying inert gas into the treatment container 10 from an inert gas source and further equipped with the exhaust pipe 14 discharging the gas generated in the treatment container 10 from the container and a microwave generating source irradiating the sample S in the treatment container 10 arranged in the holding chamber 2 with a microwave.
