Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a polyester resin composition improved in well balanced heat sealability, extrusion moldability and flavoring properties. CONSTITUTION:The objective polyester resin composition comprises (A) a polyester resin prepared by copolymerizing a dicarboxylic acid component consisting essentially of terephthalic acid and a glycol component consisting essentially of ethylene glycol with tri- or a polyfunctional polycarboxylic acid or a polyol and having >=0.7 reduced viscosity (etasp/c) and 250X10 to 800X10 Z-average molecular weight (Mz) expressed in terms of polystyrene and (B) a polyester resin having a lower melting point than that of the polyester resin (A) at (95/5) to (60040) weight ratio of the polyester resin (A)/polyester resin (B).
