Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a seaming type flux cored wire with excellent arc stability by specifying the area ratio of the residual lubricant in the vicinity of the seam. CONSTITUTION:Abutting type flux cored wire is deformed by the pressure of the supplying roll, and the area of 0.1mm from the seam opening part 1 can be easily brought into contact with a nozzle tip. Thus, when the area ratio of the residual lubricant within this range is regulated to be not exceeding 20%, the electric resistance on the wire surface is not increased, the electrification property is improved, and the residual lubricant appropriately improves the wire feeding property. The amount of the lubricant in the vicinity of the seam 1 in terms of the product diameter can be reduced by 0.35mm in width at both ends of the opening part in terms of the forming diameter by grinding.
