When the cloths Cl of the person to be conditioned exist over the region of directing angle + or -thetaH of both the elements H1, H2, it is so constructed as to identify the movement of the person by the random reflection on the surface according to the photodetecting sequence of infrared rays from both the elements H1, H2.
