Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To recognize the position of leads of a device with high accuracy by calculating an average value as the center of gravity of a lead from the data of positions of the center of gravity of the images formed by slit-beam reflection. CONSTITUTION:Parallel slit beams are projected on a lead R1 of a device Q and the slit beams are reflected from plural and different positions of one lead. The images formed by reflection of these slit beams are picked up. Then, the center of gravity of each slit-beam reflection image is calculated and an average value x10 of x-coordinate values of those calculated values is obtained. When this average value x10 is a distance between a slit-beam projected position of the lead R1, a height position h10 of the lead R1 is worked out by multiplying x10 by tan theta (tantheta is a projection angle of the slit beams). In this way, the height positions are calculated regarding all the device leads and while the results are compared with the data of lead heights of devices which are inputted previously, it is decided whether all the leads are positioned at the height within an allowance or not. |
