Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To eliminate a positional deviation of a light emitting point of a resin-molded laser diode fixed to a metal sheath. CONSTITUTION:A stationary sheath is formed of U-shaped metal, formed with a taper, a protrusion 8 of an opening end and a thick step 9. When a transparent resin-molded laser diode is fixed, in order to press to extend and insert a tapered part of the sheath 7, a molding surface is pressed by an elastic recovery force of the sheath 7, and excellent close contact state of the sheath 7 with the molding surface is always held. Since it can be further rigidly fixed with adhesive, an air gap is not generated with respect to an ambient temperature change at the time of using, no positional deviation of a light emitting point of a diode element occurs, and a fixed state with high reliability is obtained. |
