DEVICE FOR RECORDING AND REPRODUCING COMPACT DISK

PURPOSE:To write data receiving with a DAI to a CD-R directly by regenerating a system clock from an input signal to the DAI, and controlling a spindle motor based on the clock. CONSTITUTION:The system clock is regenerated from the input signal to the digital audio interface(DAI) by a PLL 810, and a clock having a fixed relation with the input signal to the DAI is outputted from the PLL 810 as a spindle servo. Then, a fixed relation is held between a DAI input rate and a spindle speed. Further, since a fixed relation is held between the DAI input rate and a linear velocity in a writing disk, the data received by the DAI is written in the CD-R directly without occurring over-run and under-run.
