SKIN CARE ADVICE SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain information required for skin care and give proper advice in a short time by using a special questionnaire board. CONSTITUTION:On the questionnaire board 10, (m) question items for evaluating a mind age and (n) question items for evaluating a skin age are displayed and a beltlike cur hole 16 is formed at the place where the displays are not impeded. A lever 17 which can be moved at a specific pitch in the length direction of the cut hole 16 is engaged. The lever 17 is repeatedly moved by points corresponding to choices for the respective question items and the final position of the lever 17 is read to make the mind age and skin age of an answerer objective, and to advice skin care corresponding to the answerer and information required for skin care is obtained to give proper advice in a short time.
