Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form a cell window slit by removing a part of a capillary coating layer mechanically and accurately in a prescribed dimension. CONSTITUTION:A capillary 1 is fixed to a holding body 6, and the edges formed by adjusting clearance A between a pair of work bodies 5a and 5b in a prescribed slit width dimension by means of a spring 4, a support point 8, a screw- fitting part 10, a clearance adjusting presser screw 9 and so on, are pushed against a capillary 1 coating layer 2, and the edges of the pair of work bodies 5a and 5b are closed in an arrow direction, and a part of the capillary 1 coating layer 2 is removed mechanically in a prescribed dimension, and a slit can be formed.
