FERRITE PRODUCT BURNING BASE

PURPOSE:To further extend service life and reduce cost by spreading sphere- shaped and particular-sized particles or cubic or cylinder-shaped particles on a burning table made of an Al2O3-SiO2 group plate and loading ferrite products on the particles and burning them. CONSTITUTION:A sphere-shaped substance (bead) whose diameter ranges from 0.5 to 3mm or a cylinder-shaped substance whose diameter and length range from 0.5 to 3 mm or a cubicshaped substance whose one side ranges from 0.5 to 3mm respectively is adopted. These particles 2 are spread over an Al2O3-SiO2 group-made base setter 1 or more particularly, the particles are spread over 50% area of the base setter. Ferrite products are loaded on these particles and burned in a kiln, such as electric furnace. This construction makes it possible to minimize loss and provide semi-permanent service life and extend the lifetime and reduce production cost since it is replaceable with the longevity of the material of the base setter.
