Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To fix a prosthesis securely inside a space of an intervertebral disk even in case of remarkable anterior curvature due to rachitis. CONSTITUTION: The intervertebral disk prosthesis is used by being inserted between two vertebral. The prosthesis comprises two plates 1 and 2, and a core 3 therebetween. At least one of the plates 1 and 2 is provided on the front end with fixing means 8 of a bone screw. The bone screw 9 is screwed almost perpendicularly to the surface of the plate 1 or 2. The center of a prosthetic joint is slid backward from the center of a vertebral end plate.
