MULTISTORY BUILDING

PURPOSE:To maintain the sunshine of a lower story and its ventilation by installing an opening space which forms an offset between a high part structure and a lower part structure of a high story building which forms a natural lighting space in the vertical direction in the center and communicating the opening space with the natural lighting space. CONSTITUTION:An offset is installed between an upper part structure 12 and a lower part structure 11 of a high story building 10 which forms natural lighting spaces 12a and 11a in the center where there is provided an opening space 22 which allows the sunlight to enter. The natural lighting spaces 12a and 11a are connected with each other, thereby maintaining adequate sun lighting and its ventilation even in a lower story of the building 10. Various dwelling facilities are attached so as to meet the dwelling environments, which makes it possible to enhance the dwelling environments in the lower story of the high story building.
