Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To enable to avoid a complication of circulatory system during a shock wave medical treatment. CONSTITUTION: In this shock wave medical treatment device with shock wave generators 1, 2, 3 and a means to generate rumble signals corresponding to the movement of a patient's heart, the followings are equipped: an analyzer 6 to determine an extrasystole in the rumble signals, circuits 7, 8 connected to the analyzer 6 to determine an extrasystole frequency, and means 9, 10 to be controlled by the circuits 7, 8 and to control the shock wave generator depending on the extrasystole frequency.
