Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an agent excellent in cleaning and water-repellent effects by compounding a water-sol. polymer, a wax, a silicone oil, a petroleum solvent, a surfactant, water, and, if necessary, an abrasive in a specified wt. ratio. CONSTITUTION:This agent, excellent in cleaning and water-repellent effects, comprises 0.1-5.0wt.% water-sol. polymer (e.g. carboxymethylcellulose), 0.1-20.0wt.% wax (e.g. paraffin wax), 1.0-50.0wt.% petroleum solvent (e.g. petroleum naphtha), 0.1-5.0wt.% surfactant (e.g. a nonionic surfactant such as a fatty acid ester of sorbitan and/or an anionic surfactant such as an alkylsulfonate), 0.1-20.0wt.% silicone oil (e. g. a dimethylsilicone), 1.0-20.0wt.% abrasive (e.g. silica sand) if necessary, and water.
