Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive compsn. which exhibits excellent adhesive and molding properties in bonding a crosslinked resin foam to a facing or substrate material under a wide range of conditions without causing environmental problems by compounding an ionomer compsn. with its crosslinker. CONSTITUTION:This adhesive compsn. comprises an ionomer compsn. and its crosslinker (e.g. bisphenol A). The ionomer compsn. pref. comprises an olefinic ionomer, e.g. an ethylenic ionomer, and a urethane-based ionomer, e.g. a polyester urethane-based ionomer. The adhesive compsn. is applied to at least one of two adherends, which are then thermally pressed to each other before the compsn. crosslinks and subjected to the crosslinking treatment, thus effecting adhesion between the adherends and efficiently giving a laminate.
