TAPE PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION

PURPOSE:To obtain a tape pharmaceutical preparation excellent in percutaneous absorbability, applicability, affinity and pharcodynamic effect persistence with hardly any skin irritation by laminating a tacky agent layer composed of a specific phosphate, a specified diester, a specific tacky agent and a specified medicine to the surface of a support. CONSTITUTION:The objective tape pharmaceutical preparation is obtained by laminating a tacky agent layer composed of (A) a tacky agent such as an acrylic tacky agent, (B) preferably 0.1-50wt.% medicine such as indomethacin, (C) preferably 0.5-5wt.% phosphate of formula I or II [R is 4-22C alkyl or alkylphenyl; M and M are alkali metal; (1) is 2-16; R and R are R; M is M; (m) and (n) are (1)] such as sodium polyoxyethylene (4) lauryl ether phosphate or potassium dipolyoxyethylene (4) nonylphenyl ether phosphate and (D) preferably 2-15wt.% diester prepared from a 2-10C aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and a 1-20C alcohol such as diethyl adipate to one surface of a support such as cellulose acetate.
