Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an anti-idiotype antibody of an anti-morphine antibody, its production and immunological determination method of morphine using the antimorphine antibody and its anti-idiotype antibody. CONSTITUTION:An animal is immunized with an anti-morphine antibody and lymphocyte obtained from the animal is cell-fused with a myeloma cell to prepare a hybridoma strain and the hybridoma strain is cultured in a usual lymphocyte culturing medium to afford an antibody having reactivity with a variable site of an antibody having immunological reactivity to morphine. Morphine can simply and quickly be determined by competitively reacting an enzymelabelled anti-morphine antibody or morphine with an anti-idiotype antibody of the anti-morphine antibody or competitively reacting anti-idiotype antibody from the enzyme-labelled anti-morphine antibody or morphine with the anti-morphine antibody.
