METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REMOVING DEFECT PART OF BELT-LIKE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of uneven workmanship and overlooking of errors owing to the individual difference of an operator so as to perform accurate sampling of a product sheet, containing no defective part, from a belt-like material. CONSTITUTION:A flaw inspecting device 1 to detect the defect of a belt-like material surface, a flaw display unit to display the detected result of the flaw inspecting device 1 in synchronism with the flow of a belt-like material, and an input device to repair and add a defect generating position based on the visual inspection result of an operator are arranged at a stage prior to a cutter for the belt-like material. The defect-detected position of the belt-like material is tracked and based on the tracking result, a product sheet is discriminated from a defect part sheet by a shear control device 11 so as to remove the defect part sheet.
