DEVICE FOR TAKING-OUT FORMING BODY

PURPOSE:To take out a forming of low strength from a forming machine without breaking its shape by attaching a comb teeth like arm which is entered inside the frame of a press-forming machine and able to lift the forming body in freely ascendable and descendable on a truck. CONSTITUTION:A truck 11 is moved on a rail 10, a comb teeth like arm 6 is inserted inside plural numbers of grooves 5 formed in a lower die 3 of a press machine 1. A frame like side die 4 is lowered on the lower die 3, a raw material is fed in the inside and a press forming is executed with an upper die 2. After a forming body W is obtained, when the side die 4 is elevated, the forming body W remains on the lower die 3. The comb teeth like arm 6 is elevated from the groove 5 of the lower die 3 by slightly lifting an elevating and lowering stand 12 of the truck 11, the forming body W is elevated from the upper side of the lower die 3 and elevated without breaking its shape. The truck 11 is moved to a comb teeth conveyer 7 side on a rail 10, when the arm 6 is lowered below the upper surface of the conveyer 9, the forming body W is mounted on the conveyer 9.
