Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To constitute the controller so that force of hand fingers is not required particularly, a suction operation can be executed simply, and also, there is no fear that a body fluid, etc., are scattered to the outside, and moreover, there is no fear that suction is applied unnecessarily from the tip of a suction channel at the time of non-suction operation, and furthermore, fine adjustment of the suction quantity can be executed. CONSTITUTION:A valve body 10 is provided between a suction channel in a cylinder 8 connected to the suction channel 7 of the endoscope and a suction hole 17, a piston body 12 which can move between a first position for closing this valve body 10 and a second position for opening it is provided, and also, a rubber spring 15 for holding the piston body 12 in a first position at the time of no-operation is provided, and the inside of the cylinder 8 and the open air are allowed to communicate with each other irrespective of a position of the piston body 12.
