CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN SPEAKER LEAD WIRE AND TERMINAL METALLIC FIXTURE

PURPOSE:To provide the speaker whose productivity is improved in which useless components are eliminated by improving the connection structure between a speaker lead wire and a terminal metallic fixture. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 1 cut into a prescribed length set in the design, whose one end is formed with a lock section 7 made of a solder lump and whose other end is coupled with a vibration system 6 is inserted into a notch hole 3 of a terminal metallic fixture 2, and through a gap between the terminal metallic fixture 2 and a projection 4 formed to the terminal metallic fixture 2, the wire 1 is stretched toward the vibration system 6 to latch the lock section 7 with the projection 4 and the through-part of the notch hole 3 of the lead wire 1 is soldered to the terminal metallic fixture 2.
