COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of a communication resource by allocating a band flexibly in the communication network supporting the communication not requiring real time performance. CONSTITUTION:A communication node decides a time allocation of a communication band based on an application item, the time allocation is stored in a band management table 32 in the communication node, the communication node informs the start of communication to the host according to the band management table 32 to set a logic path for the communication. Furthermore, when the band different from the applied band of the host is allocated, after the communication node stores once the information sent by the host to a file system, stored information is transferred to the destination host by using the allocated band.
