MULTILAYERED SUBSTRATE INCORPORATING CAPACITOR

PURPOSE:To provide a multilayered substrate incorporating capacitors in which the incorporated capacitors are closely arranged so that they cannot interfere with each other. CONSTITUTION:The title multilayered substrate 20 is composed of a plurality of insulator layers 11a, 11b, and 11c and at least one capacitor constituting layer 12 and electrode sections 13 are formed in accordance with a conductive pattern between and on the upper and lower surfaces of each layer. In the multilayered substrate 20, the layer 12 is constituted of dielectric layers 12a, 12b, and 12c only in the areas between each capacitor electrode section and, in the other areas, the layer 12 is constituted of insulator layers 12d.
