Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a power supply equipment for a laser capable of always throwing specified energy into a flash lamp when impedance of the flash lamp changes. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 3 is turned on, a constant voltage source 5 makes a current I flow into a flash lamp 4 while keeping the potential difference between a point A and a point B in the figure constant. A current integrator 12 outputs an integrated value of I as a voltage V0. When the voltage V0 coincide with a previously set voltage VS, a comparator 13 sends a signal to a switch controller 14. When the signal is received, the switch controller 14 turns a switch 3 off and cuts off the current I.
