Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To stop a nonconformity stack at the time of low power operation, and to continue to operate a normal stack by bypassing an excess fuel to a required gas exhaust circuit, by diluting the fuel by a fuel waste gas diluting circuit, and by bypassing excess air to a required gas exhaust circuit. CONSTITUTION:Part of an excess reformed fuel from a fuel reformer 2 is bypassed to a fuel gas exhaust circuit 11, and is diluted by the nitrogen gas of a fuel waste gas diluting circuit 16 to be fed to the reformer 2, and increase in the reforming degree due to increase in the combustion temperature is prevented without reducing the load of a reformer 1. Part of the air from an air blower 3 (oxidant gas supplier) is also bypassed to an oxidant gas exhaust circuit 13 of a bypass circuit, and is fed to the reformer 2. When part of stocks falls in nonconformity at the time of low power operation, operation of the nonconformity stock is stopped, while a normal stock is continued to be operated in a fuel cell generator. |
