MEASURING METHOD FOR ANTIGEN

PURPOSE:To highly sensibly measure an antigen by precisely refining the bovine serum albumin(BSA) used as a blocking agent. CONSTITUTION:For example, the antibody used against an antigen to be measured is formed in a solid phase. Then solid-phase blocking is performed by dispensing a refined BSA to each well by about 50-250mul together with a buffer and leaving the BSA and buffer as they are for about 30 minutes to 3 hours. Thereafter, the solid-phase antibody is made to react to the antigen in a sample to be inspected after the antibody is washed with a washing buffer as required. Moreover, a second antibody is made to react to the antigen after washing the antibody as required and a substrate which reacts to alkali phosphatase is added to the product of the reaction after washing the product as required. It is preferable to add a sensitizer diluted to about 1/10-1/20 to the reaction. Then the activity of the alkali phosphatase directly or indirectly bonded to the second antibody is measured.
