MANUFACTURE OF DECORATIVE PANEL

PURPOSE:To automate the manufacture of a decorative panel by aligning tiles onto a joint allocation board which has been formed in line by means of a machine, and by positioning and joining thereto a wall panel to which an adhesive has been applied. CONSTITUTION:L-shaped angles 2 as an aligning engaging part are laid out as street pattern on a joint allocation board 1. Tiles 3 which have been held by a machine in a line are transported above the places 4 on the joint allocation board 1 and dropped from near above so as to be housed in the places 4. This operation is repeated so that the tiles 3 are placed in all of the places 4. Then, the joint allocation board 1 is inclined to one side for aligning the tiles 3. Thereafter, a wall panel 6 (not shown) on which an adhesive has been applied is positioned onto the joint allocation board 1 and put on the tiles 3, then it is evenly pressed, so that a decorative panel in which tiles have been aligned and joined along the squares of joint allocation board 1 can be manufactured.
