METHOD AND DEVICE FOR STICKING POWDERY LUBRICANT

PURPOSE:To provide a method and a device for sticking a powdery lubricant serving to eliminate sticking between linear products. CONSTITUTION:In a sticking method of a powdery lubricant wherein a linear product 1 is forced to run through a powdery lubricant 2, proper mechanical vibration is continuously exerted on the powdery lubricant 2 at a proper period by means of an exciting 4. Further, mechanical agitating movement is exerted at a proper period on the part, located in the vicinity of the part through which the linear prod 1 passes and runs, of the powder lubricant 2 by means of an agitating plate 6A or high pressure air injected through an air injection cylinder to provide a method to stick the powdery lubricant. And a device employing the sticking method is provided.
