CARGO OVERFLOW PREVENTION METHOD FOR DUMPING TRUCK

PURPOSE:To enable a rear gate to be opened/closed with no use of a power supply. CONSTITUTION:A front and a rear intermediate section of a body 12 are connected to each other in such a way as to be freely moved up and down while being freely rotated between an up-right posture and a fall-down posture in the rear section of a car body 11. A rear gate 16 is installed onto the rear end section of the body 12 in such a way as to be freely moved up and down while being freely rotated between an upper position and a lower position, and a first rod 20 rotatably pivoted to the rear gate 16 is connected to a second rod 22 via a first lever 23 rotatably pivoted to the body 12. The second rod 22 is connected to one end section of the second lever 26 rotatably pivoted to the body 12, a control member 29 is connected over to the other end section of the second lever 26 and the rear section of the car body 11, when the body 12 is in a fall-down posture, the rear gate 16 is placed at the upper position with the rocking motion of the second lever 26 controlled by the control member 29, and when the body 12 is in an up-right posture, the rear gate 16 is positioned at the lower position by its dead weight.
