Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a clear image without the disturbance of the image, by stretching a tube to an end part in the radial direction of an elastic layer in a tube-coated roller having sequentially-laminated fluororesin layers. CONSTITUTION:An injection port 28 of a liquid rubber 28 is fitted in a rubber feed port 29 of a lower mold 24 to inject the semi-conductive liquid rubber to which a conductive substance is suitably added. At this time, the pressure impressed to the liquid rubber is regulated by a pressure regulating valve 31 of an upper mold 25. When the pressure regulating valve 31 is opened, the injection is stopped. The mold containing the liquid rubber is left a required time in a thermostatic chamber at a required temperature thereby to set the liquid rubber. Thereafter, the rubber is removed from the mold. Accordingly, a pressure roller coated with a fluororesin tube 40 up to an end in the radial direction of an elastic layer is obtained.
