Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a seat which enables spring-up of a tip part of an arm rest when a seat back is inclined to its forward most inclined position from a reference position of upright while the arm rest is left at the position of use and moreover, the free setting of the speed of spring-up of the arm rest accompanied with the action of inclining the seat back forward. CONSTITUTION:A regulation link 26 is pivoted on an arm rest 4 through a pivot pin 24 and a regulation pin 28 provided on a seat back 2 is fitted into a cam hole 29 free to slide as formed at the regulation link 26. The regulation link 26 is linked to a seat cushion with a flexible link member 27.
