Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To provide a field programmable gate array that utilizes the substrate surface of an integrated circuit more effectively. CONSTITUTION: A circuit 12 is formed on the surface of a semiconductor layer. The circuit 12 has a plurality of input contacts 22 and output contacts 24. At least one anti-fuse 14 is formed on a layer that is transposed vertically from the circuit 12. The anti-fuse 14 can operate to connect some fixed contacts out of the input contacts 22 and output contacts 24 together.
