CONSTITUTION:In a method for manufacturing a battery electrode terminal plate, externally fitted to a battery electrode, by punching a terminal plate raw material 3; a boltlike raw material, having width same as the terminal plate width W2 of a battery electrode terminal plate to be manufactured, is used as the terminal plate raw material 3, and the beltlike raw material is punched so that a battery electrode terminal plate to be punched can be in a line in a long size direction.
