Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a video tape recorder being employed in recording/ reproducing of magnetic tape in which random replay is allowed continuously for a long time by solving a problem that continuous replay is difficult because of time consuming retrieval although a large volume of information is recorded. CONSTITUTION:The information recording/reproducing device comprises a memory read/write section 11, an IC data video/audio processing section 12, video/ audio processing section 18, and a change-over switch 23. Random replay can be allowed continuously for a long time by switching replay between tape data and IC data as required.
