Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a belt piece surface treatment device by which it is surely compensated to effectively reduce surface irregularity of a belt piece of a material to be treated and further, the treatment is performed coping with individual conditions of each belt piece to be treated. CONSTITUTION: A surface treatment device for a belt piece material to be treated is provided with a blade 4 arranged orthogonal to a transfer path of a belt piece material to be treated 2 and a partitioned room 8 which is placed in parallel and closely to the blade, being open to the above-mentioned transfer path, and being connected with a pressure reducing device, and the opening 9 is positioned under an acting edge 10 of the blade.
