Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To damp vibrations as well in the horizontal direction as in the vertical direction by forming a laminated rubber part from a plurality of rubber sheets laid one over another with plates interposed, pinching this laminated rubber part by an upper and a lower flange to generate coupling, and forming a lead core in the form of hourglass in such an arrangement as penetrating the rubber part vertically. CONSTITUTION:A laminated rubber part 4 is formed by laying a plurality of rubber sheets 2 one over another with plates 3 interposed and pinched by flanges 5, 5 for generating coupling. In such a way as penetrating vertically this laminated rubber part 4, at least one lead core 6 is installed. The central part of this core 6 in columnar form is made with a minor dia. so as to generate an hourglass form. This gives a good damping effect for vibrations as well in the horizontal direction as vertical direction and enables reasonable designing for seismic tremors in all directions.
