Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare the titled factor applicable for the immunological analysis of symptoms, in high efficiency, by culturing human T cell transformed by a human T cell leukemia virus, and collecting the produced B cell differentiation factor. CONSTITUTION:A human T cell transformed by human T cell leukemia virus is cultured, and the produced B cell differentiating factor (BCDF) is separated. The transformed human T cell strain produces a large amount of BCDF in the medium, and the strain can be subcultured without causing the lowering of the BCDF-producing capability during the subculture. BCDF having little contamination with proteins can be prepared by the use of the cell strain in a complete synthetic medium absolutely free from protein, without adding a stimulant such as mitogen, etc. Accordingly, the obtained BCDF can be purified easily to obtain a high-purity BCDF in high efficiency.
