Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To make it possible to tear a film almost linearly in the direction almost right-angled to an extrusion direction by co-extruding a polyolefin layer and an ionic copolymer layer under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION: At least one polyolefin layer and an ionic copolymer layer selected from α-olefin, 3-8C α,β-ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid are co- extruded under such a co-extrusion condition that a longitudinal stretching ratio is 2-25, the height of a frost line is 160 cm or less and the ratio: longitudinal stretching ratio/height (cm) of frost line is set so that a ratio: Elemendorf tear strength in machine direction/Elemendorf tear strength in almost right- angled direction becomes 2 or more. By this constitution, this film is torn at an almost right angle to an extrusion direction and can be cleanly torn along an almost straight line.
