Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To decompose waste water containing highly concentrated alcohol easily and efficiently without diluting the water regardless of a treatment on a fixed bed type or a fluid bed type and thereby achieve the high removal rate of TOC by treating the waste water containing highly concentrated alcohol with a collectively immobilized body of microbes having an alcohol decomposition activity. CONSTITUTION:A waste water induction pipe 3 and a treated water discharge pipe 4 are arranged in an aeration tank 1. In addition, an aeration device 5 which supplies air is arranged with piping in the tank 1 and an immobilized microbe separation netting 6 is installed near a lateral treated water discharge pipe 4 so that the immobilized microbes 7 with an alcohol decomposition ability do not flow out into the treated water discharge pipe 4. In addition, the treated water discharge pipe 4 is open in an activated sludge device 8, so that the treated water from the aeration tank 1 is further treated with activated sludge. Finally, the waste water containing highly concentrated alcohol is introduced into the waste water induction pipe 3 and treated with the immobilized microbes 7 having an alcohol decomposition ability.
