VISUAL FUNCTION INSPECTING INSTRUMENT

PURPOSE:To provide the visual function inspecting instrument in which operability is satisfactory, space saving can be realized, and also, accuracy of a visual function inspection can be expected. CONSTITUTION:In the visual function inspecting instrument 1 which contains an eye examining means 6 for executing a visual function inspection, and a movable reflecting member 3 confronted to this eye examining means 6, and has a target optical system 10 for forming an optical path for guiding a luminous flux from a distant target to the eye examining means 6 through the reflecting member 3, this instrument is provided with a near target presenting mechanism part 26 for supporting a near target along the reflecting member 3, and also, inserting and detaching the near target into and from an optical path for reaching the eye examining means 6 in a state that the position can be adjusted, in a moving area of the reflecting member 3. According to this constitution, by an operation of the near target presenting mechanism part, operability is satisfactory, space saving can be realized, and also, a accuracy of the visual function inspection can be expected.
