Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide an abstract interface which is specified to the necessary function of an application program while keeping an even interface accordant with the communication software in regard of a communication application program interface which is applied to an intormation processing system that uses the sommunication software. CONSTITUTION:A specific application program interface 102 is uniquely provided to an application program 101 and has the data base adding request access points 201 and 202 used for execution of one or more procedures. Meanwhile a common application program interface 103 is uniquely provided to the communication software 104 and evenly has the initialization access points 203-206 to the interface 102 for one or more procedures. Then the exchange of data and the interface control are carried out via the access points 201-206 of both interfaces 102 and 103.
