CONSTITUTION:This system is comprised of a program conversion means 12 which outputs a conversion program 13 to which a source program 11 is inputted and a text to call parallel loop start routine, a text to call parallel loop end routine, and a text to call running time estimation routine are inserted, a running time estimation means 14 including the parallel loop start routine, the parallel loop end routine, and the running time estimation routine to estimate running time under single user environment in the conversion program, and a means 15 which designates the number of processors assumed by a user.
