CONSTITUTION:A prism plate 21 having notches matched with the pattern of a shading film 2 is provided on the back face of a color filter layer 3. The light incoming toward the shading film 2 from a back-light device is refracted or reflected on the notches 22 of the prism plate 21, the light fed into the shading film 2 and absorbed is reduced, the utilization efficiency of light is improved, and the surface intensity is increased.
