Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To perform high accuracy clock distribution with a digital circuit device even where a delay time variation occurs resulting from variation of the device operating conditions. CONSTITUTION:For the delay time variation resulting from variation of the device operating conditions a digital circuit device performs a correction with circuit parts 10A-C to measure the delay times in delay circuits 1A-C for adjusting the phase shift, calculator circuits B (11A-C) to calculate the varying rate from the measurements, and calculation circuits A (12A-C) which are installed in each delay circuit and calculates the variation amount from the varying rate.
