Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the sealing property when the pressure in a tank is regulated. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure P in a fuel tank is below the specified regulated negative pressure Pr where the pressure regulation is unnecessary, a valve 60 is pushed up by the energized force of a spring 64, a lip part 61 of the valve 60 is abutted on a seal surface 56 of a seal body 50, and the valve 60 is closed. The fuel tank is sealed from the atmosphere. A flat plate part 55 of the seal body 50 made of rubber is deflected due to the energized force of the spring so as to reduce the clearance L between the flat plate part and the lower surface of a ceiling plate part 31. The deflection of alignment relative to the seal body 50 of the valve 60 is regulated by a rib 62 of the valve 60 located in a valve sliding hole 35.
