EARTH AND SAND CONVEYING CAPSULE WITH AIR PRESSURE AND METHOD OF TRANSPORTING

PURPOSE:To eliminate trouble in transporting earth and sand pneumatically and also influence thereupon of the nature of the earth and sand through the use of reasonable capsules, increase the amount of transportation and also enhance the transporting efficiency, and achieve efficient transportation in a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 11 for forming a gap to admit passage of the air in the area to a transport pipe 1 is provided protrusively on a capsule body 10 whose tail is left open, and thus a capsule 3 is formed. The capsule 3 is filled with earth and sand 2 from the tail opening and put into the transport pipe 1, and in the condition that a plurality of such capsules inserted one after another are arranged at a certain spacing, the compressed air or suction air is introduced to make pneumatic transportation. According to this constitution, a plurality of capsules 3 can be run in the pipe 1 simultaneously. The capsule 3 can be embodied simply, and loading and exhaust of the earth and sand can be performed easily.
