CONSTITUTION:An inner tank 2 for the accumulation and transfer of a cloth 3 is placed in a tank main body 1. A rotary reel 9 to pull up the cloth 3 and a chuter 5 having a compressed air ejection means 6 are placed above the tank 2. The cloth 3 in the chuter 5 is transferred at a high speed by the flow of compressed air and a treating liquid is applied to the cloth 3 by a treating liquid spraying tube 15 at the part to drop the cloth from the chuter 5.
