USE OF 3-AMINO-SUBSTITUTED ISOXAZOLE DERIVATIVE TO CONTROL ENDOPARASITE, NEW 3-AMINO-SUBSTITUTED ISOXAZOLE DERIVATIVE, AND ITS PRODUCTION

The present invention relates to the use of 3-amino-substituted isoxazole derivatives of the general formula (I) in which R stands for aryl or hetaryl radicals, which are optionally substituted by halogen, cyano, nitro, amino, aminoacyl, alkylamino, alkyl, aralkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy, aryloxy, arylthio, haloalkylthio, alkylsulphinyl, haloalkylsulphinyl, alkylsulphonyl or haloalkylsulphonyl, R stands for hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, cyano, carbonylalkoxy or aryl, which are optionally substituted, R stands for substituted C1-C6-alkyl, C2-C4-alkenyl, and for optionally substituted cycloalkylalkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl or aryl, substituents which may be mentioned being halogen, nitro, alkyl, haloalkyl, amino, alkylamino, aminoacyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy, alkylthio, haloalkylthio, alkylsulphinyl, haloalkylsulphinyl, alkylsulphonyl, haloalkylsulphonyl, aryl, aryloxy or arylthio, R stands for hydrogen or alkyl or R and R , together with the adjacent N atom, stand for a carbocyclic 5-, 6- or 7-membered ring which can optionally also be interrupted by O, S or N and is optionally substituted by C1-C4-alkyl, for the control of endoparasites in medicine and veterinary medicine, new 3-amino-substituted isoxazoles and their preparation.
