KITCHEN SINK

PURPOSE:To provide a kitchen sink which is so good in the workability that fish preparation work with water used can easily be carried out, wet garbage produced during the preparation work can easily be disposed of and the inside of a sink can be kept clean. CONSTITUTION:A shallow part 7a is provided on one side in a sink 7, and a protruding part 8 which is open on the front side and expands backward is provided in the rear wall of the sink 7. A garbage container 10 is housed inside the protruding part 8 and can be turned and moved toward the shallow part 7a in the sink 7. The user's arm is prevented from striking the rising wall of the sink 7 during fish preparation work with water used because there is the shallow part 7a on one side of the sink 7, so the workability is improved and water is prevented from dripping down onto the floor. As the garbage container 10 is housed inside the protruding part 8 of the sink 7, the inside the sink 7 is not narrowed. In addition, disposal work of fish residue can be carried out sequentially with fish preparation work since the garbage container 10 housed inside the protruding part 8 can be turned and moved toward the shallow part 7a of the sink 7.
