REMOTE CONTROL VIDEO DUBBING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To attain dubbing processing between remote locations without deterioration in a video image with high quality even when a narrow band digital line is employed by sending coded digital information in response to the transmission speed of the transmission line after the information is once stored. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter 20 is made up of a video tape reproduction device 21 reproducing a video image and an audio signal, a coding section 22 implementing inter-frame prediction coding for a video signal and applying digital compression coding to the processed video signal together with an audio signal, a storage section 23 storing a digital signal outputted from the coding section 22, and a communication control section 25 sending digital information read from the storage section 23. A receiver 30 consists of a communication control section 31 receiving the digital information, a storage section 32 storing a digital signal, a decoding section 33 decoding the signal subjected to digital compression coding by the coding section 22 into the original video image and audio signal, and a video tape recording section 34 recording the video signal and the audio signal outputted from the decoding section 33.
